Accident Cover Assist
With our Accident Loss Assist service, we can help you, the vehicle owner, who doesn’t have insurance, and has suffered damage or loss caused by an accident in which you are the innocent party. We offer legal assistance to help get as much as possible back from the legally liable party. We do all the negotiations and legal costs work on a “NO SUCCESS, NO FEE” basis.
What will this cost you?
70% of our successful recovery will be paid directly to YOUR account. The remaining 30% will be used to cover any legal and admin costs incurred by 52nd Holdings. Should a recovery not be possible we will provide you with full legal principles and reasons why it may not be viable to proceed.
